這首以此為名的旋律悠揚的歌出自英國樂隊Take That 的第六張專輯《Progress》，這也是Robbie Williams 歸隊後Take That的第一張專輯。

《Progress》由頂尖製作人Stuart Price操盤。專輯首支主打單曲“The Flood”將於11月7日以數字形式發行，而實體CD將會在11月8日發行。 Take That（接招合唱團）是1990年創立的英格蘭男子流行演唱組合。1990—1996年間，接招總共售出一千九百萬張唱片。接招於1996年宣布解散，2005年又宣布重新組合復出。在華語地區，接招樂隊演唱《Back for good》、《How deep is your love》等歌曲廣為人知，被英國廣播公司譽為“披頭士之後最受歡迎的英國樂團”。

在剛落幕不久的第20屆英國Q音樂大獎（Q Awards）上，Take That獲得當晚最高榮譽名人堂大獎。Take That首次五人公開現身領獎。Robbie Williams在當晚接受採訪時表示道：“我們非常開心能夠回到樂壇，而且能拿下如此讓人滿意的成績。這裡，我非常感謝樂隊的所有成員，因為他們，樂隊才有今天。我非常期待Take That樂隊將來的一切，這讓人感到非常興奮。”
