2010年《金融時報》全球EMBA排名簡介

2010年10月25日,英國《金融時報》公布的2010年全球 EMBA項目排名中，復旦大學管理學院和華盛頓大學奧林商學院合作的EMBA項目連續第五年獲得中國內地第一名。

《金融時報》榜是全球商學院教育權威排名之一，在學生綜合素質及其職業發展、學院的學術成果和研究能力、學院的國際化程度等方面制定了科學的評價標準，涉及複雜、嚴謹的評分細目。

2010年《金融時報》公布的評分單項中，復旦大學管理學院的“校友平均薪酬”一項位列全球第七，244,694美元的平均年薪在中國大陸處於絕對領先水平。在學生“工作經歷”排名中，復旦大學管理學院同樣位列全球第七，表明該院學生在多個行業領域成為資深、優秀的高層管理者。此外，在女性管理者參與學習項目方面，復旦大學管理學院也成績突出，2010年女性入學比例高達33%。

據了解，近年來《金融時報》的排名顯示出一個鮮明的趨勢：合作項目的優勢逐漸凸顯。本次排名位列前茅的項目都是國際合作的產物。復旦大學管理學院正是國內起步最早、擁有國際合作項目最多的商學院之一。成立於2002年的復旦大學—華盛頓大學EMBA項目是由中國教育部正式批准的首箇中外合作的 EMBA項目，致力於將中國最優秀的國際管理人才培養成全球商界領導者。2010年4月，復旦大學管理學院正式通過AACSB（國際精英商學院聯協會）認證，而此前不久學院剛剛通過了EQUIS（歐洲質量發展認證體系）認證。有專家認為，合作項目將成為未來商學教育中的主流，它體現了東西方管理思想和管理實踐的融合是必然的趨勢。
