人物經歷

為日本國立岐阜大學博士,並當選為中國植物學會理事、中國野生植物保護協會民族植物學專業委員會主任、中國植物學會民族植物學分會副理事長、中國環境學會生態與自然保護分會副理事長、中國生態學會民族生態專業委員會副主任委員、北京生態學學會常務理事、國際民族生物學會理事等職,曾任國家重大科學工程中國西南野生生物種質資源庫總工程師、雲南省農業廳廳長助理。應邀擔任Journal of Ethnobiology and Ethnomedicine副主編、Genetic Resources and Crop Evolution和Archives of Pharmacal Research等SCI期刊編委,以及《生物多樣性》等5份國核心心期刊編委。

研究方向

從事民族植物學、民族藥物學和植物化學、生物多樣性、植物種質資源、植物資源學、民族生態學、植物系統分類學等方面的基礎和套用研究。
重點領域包括:①民族植物學調查和編目:搶救性地收集我國重要的傳統植物學知識,進行規範化的調查、編目和數位化。②傳統植物學知識的評價:對重要的傳統植物學知識、傳統遺傳資源進行評價,探討人文因素對生物多樣性的影響。③民族藥種質資源及其藥效物質基礎研究:對重要民族藥種質資源進行評估,探索不同環境因子、不同管理方式影響生物活性物質形成的機制。

研究成果

發表論文373篇,其中在SCI源刊發表169篇(含一區論文11篇)、SSCI源刊3篇;出版專著19部(冊)。發現並發表植物新種26個。獲得專利17項,其中4項已轉讓。在國際和全國的大型學術會議上作為大會特邀報告人作主旨報告8次。
已指導114名研究生畢業並獲得學位,其中博士22名,包括1名美國留學生和1名韓國留學生。目前指導博士生8名、碩士生5名。
