黃璐,1984年出生,北京理工大學管理學博士,北京理工大學管理與經濟學院副教授,美國喬治亞理工學院訪問學生(2008.07-2009.09),現任北京理工大學企業併購評價研究中心常務副主任,北京理工大學管理與經濟學院實驗教學中心副主任,北京理工大學管理與經濟學院知識管理與數據分析實驗室核心成員、中美英(北京理工大學管理與經濟學院--喬治亞理工學院公共政策學院--曼徹斯特大學商學院)技術創新聯合實驗室核心成員,研究方向為企業併購、技術創新管理、科學計量學、數據挖掘、技術預測。

2000.09—2004.07 北京理工大學管理學本科學位(信息管理與信息系統專業)
2005.09—2010.07 北京理工大學管理學博士學位(管理科學與工程專業),期間曾於2008年7月—2009年9月作為訪問學生在美國喬治亞理工大學公共政策學院訪問學習。
2010.07至今 北京理工大學管理與經濟學院教師。2014年07月,獲聘為副教授。
先後主持或參加國家自然科學基金青年基金/面上項目/重點項目、國家軟科學、國家科技部、北京市科委等多項國家級、省部級課題研究20餘項。參與多項企業併購實務,主持企業委託項目多項。作為獨立作者出版《企業併購實驗教程》教材一部。
