劇情介紹
這是一幅勾勒著濃重奇幻色彩的浪漫畫卷，也是灰姑娘故事的延續。小女孩兒埃拉（安妮·海瑟薇飾）出生在一個色彩斑斕的奇幻世界中，這裡的孩子在出生時都能得到美麗仙女的特殊“禮物”。埃拉得到的則是露辛達仙女那伴隨終身的咒語——順從，這種所謂的順從是指要必須無條件地服從任何人的任何要求，哪怕是極其苛刻與無理的要求都要馬上照辦。埃拉的母親為了防止他人傷害自己女兒，千叮嚀萬囑咐，要求埃拉保守箇中秘密。後來母親去世了，後母和她的兩個女兒對埃拉很苛責，其中一個姐姐還發現了埃拉的秘密。家政女傭把自己的男朋友——會說話的百科全書本尼交給埃拉，讓她帶著書去請求教母露辛達仙女解除詛咒。倔強的埃拉義無反顧的踏上了尋找教母露辛達仙女的旅途，在路上巧遇到一隻想做律師的小精靈和察爾王子，並在巨人郡與王子墜入愛河。回到王宮，王子打算向埃拉求婚，可是埃拉的秘密被王子的叔叔——殺死了老國王並一心想謀得王位的埃德加知道了，他計畫借埃拉的手除掉察爾王子，自己取而代之。而埃拉在最後時刻，遵從於內心的想法，擺脫了詛咒。最後在大家的幫助下，揭穿了埃德加的醜惡面目，順利與王子結婚，從此幸福的生活在一起……
