個人榮譽

長期從事作物種質資源學、品質改良和精深加工利用、種子學、植物耐逆分子生物學等方面的研究和教學工作。在作物蛋白亞基含量、異黃酮、脂肪氧合酶、種子劣變、抗旱性、耐鹽性等特異種質發掘、新材料創製、遺傳研究、機理闡明等方面取得顯著進展。先後主持或參與承擔農業跨越計畫、“863”、“973”、“十一五”國家重大支撐項目、“948”、國家自然科學基金、科技部農業科技成果轉化基金等國家、省部級科研項目20多項;主編或參編教材5本,參編專著1本,在國內外期刊上發表科研論文80餘篇;主持或參與育成作物品種5個,參與申請大豆新品種權1個,累計推廣了1000多萬畝;申請國際、國家發明專利10多項,已獲授權4項。克隆與品質、抗逆性狀相關的基因近30個;在NCBI中登錄抗旱EST序列7000多條。先後獲省級科研獎勵4項、獲國家級、省部級先進個人獎勵5次。

人物經歷

從2000年國家制定西部大開發政策開始,一批又一批的援疆幹部來到新疆,建設新疆。自2003年,南京農業大學教授麻浩被中組部派到新疆農業大學援疆支教,至2013年2月,麻浩再次主動要求來到新疆,開始他第三個三年的援疆行。
