高楚傑，男，1986年5月生，博士研究生學歷，河海大學海洋學院副教授。2005年至2009年就讀於南京信息工程大學大氣科學專業獲學士學位，2018年獲得該校氣象學博士學位，2020年完成河海大學物理海洋學博士後研究並留校任教，現任碩士生導師。
主要從事海-陸-氣相互作用及氣候變化研究，聚焦中南半島土壤濕度對長江流域夏季旱澇災害的影響機制，主持國家自然科學基金項目“ENSO非對稱性及其對我國東部地區降水影響的年代際變化研究”。在《Journal of Climate》《Climate Dynamics》等期刊發表多篇論文，揭示土壤濕度通過調節西太平洋副熱帶高壓、東亞夏季風等系統影響長江流域降水的規律。2020年博士後出站答辯以“中南半島春季土壤濕度異常對長江流域夏季降水的影響”為研究主題。2024年組織學生開展青島海岸帶環保實踐活動，指導海洋採樣與觀測作業。擔任河海大學“海風青年”學術論壇評審，參與研究生培養工作。
