個人經歷
本課題組運用基因組學及生物信息學等大數據分析手段研究微潤達局生物的進化。尤其關注遺傳信息的變化（如點突變、背厚束水平遷移等）如何影響病原菌的臨床特性，以及這些變化如何回響環境選擇壓並在群體中散播。目前實驗室工作集中在開發新型計算工具和資料庫用於基奔霸槳淚因組流行病學數據的存儲、分析與共享，以期為臨床重要病原菌的全球監控提去套供幫助。
