顧澄清，男，現年73歲，現家住醴陵城關鎮，16歲開始學習陶瓷彩繪藝術工作，解放後參加國營企業陶化加工廠至59年再調入醴陵藝術瓷廠，後轉為醴陵群力瓷廠，一直是從事於釉下陶瓷彩繪設計生產工作，74年參加為毛主席82生日專用瓷設計畫面工作。雙面花釉下五彩薄胎碗花畫面為紅芙蓉碗，先後還設計了許多高級禮品瓷和聯合國專用瓷畫面，及贈送給英國首相柴契爾夫人的鴛鴦戲水掛盤和毛主席紀念堂專用瓷釉下芙蓉。
