【作用與用途】
本品為半合成第一代頭孢菌素，抗菌譜與頭孢唑啉相似，對葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、大腸桿菌、化膿性鏈球菌、奇異變形桿菌等有良好的抗菌作用。
臨床上主要用於敏感菌所致的呼吸道感染、皮膚及軟組織感染、泌尿道感染等。
用法與用量：口服：空腹時服用，視感染程度，一般一次0.25～0.5g，每日3次。
副作用：①長期套用，可引起菌群失調症；對腎臟有輕微損害。
注意：①對青黴素過敏者慎用；②孕婦忌用。
