韓振來，1962 年生，山東濟南人，教授， 博士，碩士生導師，濟南市數學會副理事長，美國《數學評論》評論員，德國《數學文摘》評論員，國際差分方程學會會員(International Society of Difference Equations)，曾獲山東省優秀青年教師、濟南大學優秀教師、濟南大學優秀研究生指導教師等稱號。現任濟南大學數學科學學院院黨委書記。
