汪閩燕，法制日報社編輯、記者；畢業於華東政法大學，法學學士；英國曼徹斯特大學，國際商法碩士；英國倫敦大學瑪麗女王學院，法律博士；獲2006年度中國國家優秀自費留學生獎學金；獲2010年度第21屆中國新聞獎國際傳播三等獎。曾在國外知名核心學術期刊發表十餘篇英文論文，並多次受邀在國際學術會議上作大會發言。
