1996-2000年就讀於河南農業大學並獲得農學學士學位.
2001-2006年就讀於中國農業大學並獲得理學博士學位。
2007-2012年在美國賓夕法尼亞州州立大學從事博士後研究。
2013年受聘為復旦大學生命科學學院研究員(青年)；上海市浦江學者。
研究方向
以模式植物擬南芥和重要農作物水稻和玉米為材料，綜合利用分子遺傳學、細胞生物學、基因組、蛋白質學和生物信息學等手段從事植物生殖生物學中以下幾方面的研究：1. 減數分裂過程中同源染色體重組和分離的分子調控機理； 2. 植物雜種優勢形成的分子遺傳基礎； 3. 細胞壁在小孢子發育過程中的功能分析。
