陳華霆（1988年—），男，漢族，山東菏澤人，廣州大學工程抗震研究中心副教授，碩士生導師。2010年獲中國石油大學（北京）石油天然氣工程學院學士學位，2013年獲北京工業大學建築工程學院碩士學位，2017年獲廣州大學土木工程學院博士學位，期間赴澳大利亞科廷大學聯合培養。2013年7月至2014年7月任外聘人員，2018年9月起任講師，2022年8月晉升副教授。主要研究方向為結構動力學、結構減震控制及數值仿真計算。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目（51808154）、廣東省自然科學基金面上項目（2020A1515011269）等科研項目。在《Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering》《Structural Control and Health Monitoring》等期刊發表論文12篇，其中SCI收錄8篇、EI收錄3篇，參與《建築隔震設計標準》《橡膠支座》等國家標準編制修訂工作。現指導碩士研究生5名，教授《程式設計語言》《房屋建築學》等課程。
