陳芳奕，女，博士，廈門大學海洋與地球學院副教授。2003年至2007年就讀於湖南大學環境科學與工程學院獲學士學位，2007年至2013年在廈門大學環境科學與工程系攻讀博士學位。2013年起先後在廈門大學、美國羅德島大學從事博士後研究，2017年任現職。
主要從事海洋動物分子生物學與免疫學研究，重點聚焦鋸緣青蟹等生物的分子免疫機制及新型抗菌肽研發。在《Aquaculture》等期刊發表多篇論文，研究對象包括鋸緣青蟹等海洋生物的抗菌機制。參與王克堅教授團隊發現抗菌肽Scyampcin44-63，揭示其通過抑制麥角固醇合成等機制發揮抗真菌作用，相關成果獲國家發明專利授權。主持2024年南強青年學者論壇海洋與地球學院分論壇，曾參與獲得中國海洋學會海洋工程科學技術二等獎。
