教育經歷

1984年,西北大學生物系,理學學士;
1987年,北京大學生物系,理學碩士;
1996年,中山大學生科院,理學博士。

工作經歷

2003年至今,聘為中山大學教授;
1999年,被聘為中山大學副教授;
1998-2005年先後在法國國家科研中心(CNRS),哈佛大學,美國陸軍研究所任客座研究員。
1996-1998年,中山大學博士後。

所獲榮譽

教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫獲得者,廣東省“千百十工程”省級培養對象,“廣東特支計畫”百千萬工程領軍人才”,國家自然科學二等獎 、廣東省自然科學一等獎 及“丁穎”科技獎 。

學術成就

多年來,一直致力於非編碼RNA在水稻和白血病等民生問題的研究。在這個領域中,解析了一大批與生物能源與生物醫藥息息相關的ncRNA,取得了一系列重大成果,得到國際同行的普遍認可。其中,2013年,在水稻種鑑定的miR-397具有促進水稻產量的研究,得到國際全行業的強烈震撼。目前,陳老師所著成果先後發表在Nature Biotechnology, Genome Biology, Autophagy,PNAS,Science Signaling,Plant Physiology,JBC等國際一流刊物上,總計70餘篇。
