陳星秋

1998年畢業於東北大學鋼鐵冶金系,獲學士學位;2001年畢業於東北大學材料與冶金學院冶金專業,獲工學碩士學位;2001年3月到2001年6月,東北大學材料與冶金學院助教;2004年畢業於奧地利維也納大學理學院物理化學專業,獲理學博士學位。2004年5月到2006年底,奧地利維也納計算材料科學中心(CMS)和維也納大學物理化學研究所,博士後;2007年初到2009年底,美國橡樹嶺國家實驗室材料科學與工程研究部博士後。2010年,入選“百人計畫”進入中國科學院金屬研究所工作,主要從事新材料設計和材料物性模擬方面的研究工作。2010年8月,以客座研究員的身份短期在日本理研(RIKEN)凝聚態物理實驗室進行合作研究·

個人簡介

陳星秋,男,博士,中國科學院金屬研究所研究員,中國科學院“百人計畫”入選者,江西都昌人。

研究興趣

主要研究工作是基於量子機制的第一性原理計算,強調理論模擬與試驗相結合的思路。研究興趣主要集中在材料物性預測和表征、新材料設計、材料在極端條件下的性能模擬和探索多尺度材料計算模型等。當前的研究內容為:(1)抗高壓、抗核輻照的高強結構材料的模擬和設計;(2)強關聯材料(包括功能和拓撲絕緣體材料)的電子自旋、軌道和晶格的互動作用;(3)發展原子尺度的第一性原理計算和巨觀材料物性關聯的理論模型。
