陳建剛，男，1973年生。現為中國科學院山西煤炭化學研究所研究員、博士生導師。2000年於中國科學院山西煤炭化學研究所獲得博士學位。畢業至今在中國科學院山西煤炭化學研究所工作。主要研究領域是動力學機理、加氫鉬基催化劑。
