陳威，中國人民大學農業與農村發展學院副院長、副教授，受聘中國人民大學青年英才崗，任中國農村發展學會青年工作專業委員會秘書長、北京農業經濟學會理事。2014年獲北京大學數學與套用數學專業理學學士、金融學專業經濟學學士，2019年獲美國俄亥俄州立大學農業、環境與發展經濟學博士學位。2025年10月起任中國人民大學農業與農村發展學院副院長，曾掛職教務處副處長。
陳威主要從事農業環境資源經濟學與套用計量經濟學研究，聚焦鄉村生態振興、全球貧困治理生態環境影響機制及"千萬工程"相關領域。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國人民大學新教師啟動金項目，參與國家鄉村振興局就業幫扶工作跟蹤檢測項目等。研究成果發表於《Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences》《Journal of Environmental Economics and Management》等期刊，獲2021年北京市高等教育教學成果獎一等獎、第八屆薛暮橋價格研究獎。擔任《Journal of Environmental Management》《Resource and Energy Economics》等期刊匿名審稿人。

研究方向
主要研究領域為農業環境資源經濟學和套用計量經濟學。聚焦鄉村生態振興，系統揭示全球貧困治理、農業農村活動等的生態環境影響機制，重點關注“千萬工程”與鄉村建設相關話題，為農業綠色發展與人居環境整治提供科學支撐。
