關傑耀

關傑耀 (Kit Yue KWAN),男,北部灣大學海洋學院教授,碩士研究生導師,廣西大學兼職博士研究生導師。2016年7月獲香港城市大學博士學位,任廣西北部灣海洋生物多樣性養護重點實驗室主任、廣西一流學科(海洋科學)負責人、國際自然保護聯盟(IUCN)物種存續委員會鱟專家組指導委員會(Steering Committee)執委,國際學術期刊Frontiers in Marine Sciences副主編,中國海洋大學學報(英文版)客座主編,中國生態學學會紅樹林生態專業委員會委員,中國科協“科普中國”專家,廣西水生生物資源保護與管理專家庫專家,廣西科學傳播專家。獲得2018年全國水生野生動物保護海昌技術獎、2019年欽州市五一勞動獎章,入選廣西八桂青年學者、廣西高校引進海外高層次人才“百人計畫”、第一批廣西高層次E類人才。

自2017年以來,帶領北部灣河口生態創新團隊開展海洋“活化石”中國鱟種群資源修復技術研究,主要成果包括:(1)明確了廣西北部灣鱟核心繁育生境分布格局與環境特徵,構建了亞太區鱟幼體種群本底調查方法體系,聯合成員單位28家組織“亞太區鱟觀測網路計畫”,野外觀測點33個;(2)研發了實驗室仿生態鱟幼體養殖系統,最佳化鱟苗增養殖技術,提出了鱟科學放流技術框架,在漁業主管部門指導下目前在鱟試劑企業實踐套用。先後主持國家自然科學基金2項,以第一或通訊作者身份在國際學術期刊發表研究論文30餘篇,獲授權國家專利2件。相關工作獲中國國家地理、新華社、學習強國等主流媒體報導。

研究方向主要以海洋珍稀瀕危物種中國鱟作為典型濱海生態系統的代表物種,開展中國鱟關鍵生境與種群修復等一系列的基礎套用科研工作,其中包括中國鱟資源核心分布評估、鱟苗的養殖技術與科學放流、鱟資源可持續利用與發展、威脅評估以及沿海社區鱟資源保護意識形態。
