男，1974年11月出生於山東萊陽，博士，研究員。2003年畢業於中國科學院動物研究所獲生態學博士學位。山東省農業科學院植物保護研究所農業害蟲研究室主任、山東省農業現代農業產業技術體系崗位專家、山東省農業科學院科技創新工程科研團隊首席專家，兼任中國昆蟲學會農業昆蟲專業委員會委員、山東昆蟲學會理事、山東大學碩士生導師、《套用昆蟲學報》編委會委員，《Siencific reports》、《Crop Protection》、《Ecology and Evolution》、《昆蟲學報》、《生態學報》等期刊審稿專家。承擔國家和省部級研究項目20餘項，獲得省部級以上科技成果獎勵6項，在國內外刊物發表學術論文200餘篇，參編學術專著5部，授權專利20餘項。
