金崇君

金崇君,教授,博士生導師。1997畢業於哈爾濱工業大學物理系,獲光學專業博士學位。1997-1999在中科院物理研究所做博士後研究。2000-2004年在中科院物理所任副研究員,2002-2005年在英國University of Glasgow格拉斯哥大學電子工程系納米技術研究中心任研究助理,2006年在加拿大University of Toronto物理系和化學系做研究助理。

2007年初以百人計畫進入中山大學,任物理科學與工程技術學院教授。

簡介

2007年初以百人計畫進入中山大學,任物理科學與工程技術學院教授。

主要研究方向

(1)納微結構的功能材料製備,包括二維和三維光子晶體,Metamaterials,表面納微二維圖形的製備等;
(2)集成光電子器件設計和製備,包括雷射器、濾波器、波分復用器件和延遲器等光電子器件,納微結構材料在感測器上的套用等;
(3)納微結構材料中的超快光子學;
(4)納微結構材料中腔量子電動力學效應。

發表論文

在Nano Letters, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics等國內外學術期刊上發表40餘篇論文,被SCI論文他引420餘次。獲授權專利7項。發表的代表性論文:
