個人簡介

博士、教授。電力牽引教育部工程研究中心主任。
目前主要承擔教學任務:本科生《電力電子》授課,博士生《現代電能變換系統》授課;
目前主要承擔科研任務:與Toshiba、Fuji Electric和OSU等日本和美國的國際合作項目。
國際電氣電子工程學會高級會員(IEEE Senior Member),IEEE電力電子學會北京(中國)分會執委,北京市學科評議組成員,北京交大電力電子與電力傳動學科責任教授。發表學術刊物文章近100篇,國際學術會議論文近200篇,已授權發明專利30件。他出版專著1本,編著1本,主編教材1本,參編教材3本。SCI檢索源Journal of Power Electronics (JPE) 和IET Power Electronics Journal (IET)兩個國際學術刊物的編委會副編。
1999年,加拿大New Brunswick大學訪問學者,Virginia Tech美國國家電力電子系統中心訪問教授(Visiting Professor, Center for Power Electronics Systems)。
2003年9月至2011年5月兩屆擔任北京交通大學電氣工程學院院長。目前是北京電力電子學會副理事長,中國電工技術學會理事,IEEE Power Electronics Society 北京(中國)Chapter執行委員。獲得過北京市優秀教師和詹天佑鐵道科技青年獎,被授予鐵道部青年科技拔尖人才稱號,被授予Delta環境與教育基金會(美國)中達學者稱號(表彰在電力電子與電力傳動領域作出傑出成就的中國專家)。

科研成果

一、主要科技成果
1. 2015年受日本東芝公司委託研製成功電力機車輔助電源不停電自動過技術,成功套用並推廣於和諧3G型電力機車上。該技術成果已轉讓給原北車集團。
2. 2005年發明一種高壓電源電路,研製成功高精度63MW的電弧爐電源及其控制系統;成功投運後,電源系統容量於2017年擴展至189MW。
3. 2000年研製成功我國第一套直流側互饋型電力牽引交流傳動系統回饋試驗台並陸續推廣。
4. 1996年研製成功用於歐洲進口8K型電力機車的IGBT輔助逆變器,解決了該型電力機車進口以來存在近10年的燒損技術難題,挽救了價值30億元人民幣的8k電力機車全面停車的困境(人民日報1998年語)。
