郭吉術是齊魯工業大學電氣工程與自動化學院講師，2018年畢業於山東大學控制科學與工程學院，獲控制理論與控制工程專業博士學位。主要從事可變剛度關節的機械設計與跟蹤控制研究，主講《過程檢測與儀表》課程。2024年11月，其指導的"洞'茶'秋毫"項目在第八屆山東省大學生"數字+"創新創業大賽農業賽道中獲二等獎。

教學與指導成果
作為創新創業導師，2024年指導"洞'茶'秋毫"項目團隊（成員索玉釗、李新哲、王昱衡）參加第八屆山東省大學生"數字+"創新創業大賽，該項目通過數位化技術實現茶葉品質檢測，在農業-創業賽道獲二等獎。其主講的《過程檢測與儀表》課程側重工業自動化儀表原理與套用教學。
