趙權，南京大學生命科學學院教授、博士生導師、副院長，醫藥生物技術全國重點實驗室副主任。1988年獲南京大學生物化學學士學位，2002年獲澳大利亞拉籌伯大學博士學位，隨後赴皇家墨爾本醫院骨髓研究所從事博士後研究。2006年受聘於南京大學生命科學學院，入選教育部"新世紀優秀人才支持計畫"及江蘇省"333高層次人才培養工程"。
長期從事基因轉錄與表觀遺傳學調控機理研究，聚焦癌症及血液病發生機制。發現HP1γ、SUV4-20h1等表觀遺傳因子調控基因沉默機制，揭示NonO蛋白抑制γ-珠蛋白表達的分子路徑，為遺傳性貧血治療提供新靶點。在腫瘤研究中闡明LYAR蛋白促進結直腸癌轉移機理，發現SMARCA4基因突變對聯合療法的敏感性，相關成果發表於《Nature Communications》《Cancer Research》等期刊。主持國家自然科學基金等項目，獲江蘇省科學技術進步二等獎，研發的靶向藥物已進入臨床試驗階段。

人物經歷
