趙明雄，中共雲南大學軟體學院網路工程黨支部書記。工學博士，教授，博士生導師。2016年7月博士畢業於華南理工大學電子與信息學院，中國通信學會高級會員，中國通信學會數據安全專委會委員，全國信息安全產教融合共同體委員，全國人工智慧+安全（數字安全）產教融合共同體委員，高校畢業生就業協會教育數位化服務工作委員會理事。國家自然科學基金通訊評審，美國明尼蘇達大學雙城校區以及新加坡科學與設計大學訪問學者。2014年度以及2015年度博士研究生國家獎學金獲得者；2018年入選雲南大學“東陸中青年骨幹教師”人才項目、2019年入選雲南省“萬人計畫”青年拔尖人才項目、2021年入選雲南大學“東陸人才計畫”東陸青年學者項目、2024年被遴選為博士生導師。

人物簡介
趙明雄博士先後擔任40餘次國際會議技術委員會委員，多個國際學術期刊的評審，主持了包括國家自然科學基金青年和地區項目、雲南省套用基礎研究計畫面上項目、雲南省軟體工程重點實驗室開放基金等10項縱向課題。共以第一作者或通訊作者發表高水平SCI論文19篇(其中IEEE Trans彙刊8篇，IEEE Letters快報4篇、IEEE IoT-J 2篇)，包括中科院2區以上10篇；發表EI檢索的學術會議論文9篇，其中CCF A類推薦會議1篇，CCF C類推薦會議8篇。以第一專利申請人申請專利11項，其中8項已授權、3項受理、1項已實現成果轉化。以第一指導教師指導學生榮獲全國大學生競賽國家級獎項15項，其中一等獎8項、二等獎3項。
