2001年獲得西安工業大學（原西安工業學院）學士學位。
2008年獲得北京航空航天大學工程碩士學位。
2001至2004年，在北京華大基因研究中心從事生物信息工作。
2004至2008年，在軟腦軟體（北京）有限公司從事軟體開發工作。
2008年至今，在中國科學院北京基因組研究所從事基因組及生物信息學研究工作工作。
在工作期間，先後主持和參與中科院信息化工作的相關科研項目、自然科學基金的面上項目及國際重大合作項目等多個項目，申請計算機軟體著作權2項。
研究領域
高通量測序平台下的海量基因組數據處理方法、數據挖掘、展示及管理方法。
