管理學博士、南京大學商學院工商管理系教授、工商管理系副主任。中國管理研究國際學會(International Association for Chinese Management Research ,IACMR)會員,美國管理學會(Academy of management)會員。 2001年-2003年北京大學光華管理學院博士後流動站研究員 2001年南京大學商學院企業管理專業獲管理學博士學位 1996年南京大學商學院企業管理專業獲經濟學碩士。
在Human Resource Management, Management and Organization Review, Frontiers of Business Research in China, 《經濟研究》、《管理世界》、《經濟學(季刊)》等學術刊物發表論文30餘篇,出版學術專著1部,譯著2本。主持國家自然科學基金項目三項(70202007;70572049;70872045)、省部級科研項目兩項和中外合作項目一項。
