領域與方向
生物體蛋白質的 “ 轉錄 / 翻譯 ” 與 “ 降解 ” 是同樣重要的命題。人們在 “ 轉錄和翻譯 ” 的研究中取得了眾所周知的突破。可以預見, 對蛋白質是如何被特一性降解的研究, 必將對生命科學的發展產生重要影響。
該實驗室主要採用植物分子遺傳、生物化學、功能基因組和蛋白組學等方法 , 研究蛋白降解途徑和植物激素調控植物生長發育及抗性的機理。
