許執恆

許執恆,男,1966年4月出生,研究員,博士生導師。1989年獲上海第二軍醫大學醫學學士系學位,1999年獲美國新澤西Rutgers大學博士學位。1999-2005在美國哥倫比亞大學神經生物學和精神病中心做博士後及高級研究助理。先後獲得美國NIH的 Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (2002-03)及Rutgers大學Bush Fellowship (1997-1999)和Waksman Fellowship (1993-1997),2005年中國科學院“百人計畫”入選者,2007年國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者。

主要研究方向

利用本課題組在生化與細胞生物學方面的優勢,結合不同的模式動物,進行神經和腫瘤生物學研究,爭取在闡明細胞凋亡信號轉導通路和相關重要疾病發生的分子機制方面有所突破。由於細胞凋亡與腫瘤、神經發育及神經退行性疾病密切相關,這一研究將有助於我們為疾病的預防和治療提供理論依據,同時為個體正常發育的分子機理提供新見解。

主要研究內容包括

1) 用分子、生化和細胞生物學為手段研究PJAC蛋白激酶複合體新成員在細胞凋亡信號傳導通路中的作用與調節機制,進一步揭示JNK信號傳導通路在神經發育和腫瘤及神經退行性疾病病理過程中的意義。
2) 通過免疫共沉澱、酵母雙雜交和生物信息學手段來研究一組與人類神經退行性疾病相關的基因和蛋白質,如LRRK2。
3) 建立和利用模式動物(果蠅和小鼠)研究腫瘤和帕金森氏病的發病機制。
