解小寧，男，博士，中國科學院地球環境研究所研究員。2012年獲中國科學院地球環境研究所博士學位並留所工作，歷任研究實習員、助理研究員、副研究員，2022年10月起任研究員。研究方向聚焦氣溶膠-雲-降水過程參數化、自然及人為氣溶膠氣候環境效應、西北乾旱區氣候變化及驅動機制。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目與青年基金、中國科學院人才項目，參與國家重點研發計畫重點專項。開發雲滴譜離散度參數化方案，改善氣溶膠間接輻射強迫模擬，相關成果發表於《Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics》。揭示南亞和東亞硫酸鹽氣溶膠通過改變西風急流位置提升中亞乾旱區夏季降水的機制，研究成果刊載於《Communications Earth & Environment》。在《Environmental Research Letters》發表沙塵減少對中國西北乾旱區濕潤化影響研究。
