蔣霞雲，女，1974-11-10齣生，上海海洋大學食品學院副教授。主要從事生物化學課程的教學工作及食品、水產領域相關的生物化學（含生物技術）方向的研究工作。

教育經歷
1997年本科畢業於無錫輕工大學發酵工程專業，2000年和2007年分別獲上海水產大學水產品加工與貯藏專業碩士和博士學位，曾於2006年及2008年赴澳大利亞和美國進行為期2月和8月的教學和科研訪學。
工作經歷
2000年起任職於上海水產大學，先任上海海洋大學食品學院副教授。
研究成果
目前主持國家自然科學基金項目（“金魚Tgf2 轉座酶的結構域鑑定及其轉座機制研究”）1項，作為主要成員參加國家科技部863主題項目（“草魚肌肉生長相關性狀的基因組插入誘變研究”）和支撐項目各1項，已完成科技成果轉化1項。
獲獎情況
2012年入選了“上海海洋大學海鷗人才計畫”，獲得過“上海海洋大學優秀青年教師”、“漢寶優秀青年教師”等榮譽稱號。
專利著作
申請並公開國家發明專利6項，已授權4項，1項國際專利正在申請中。
