蔣立希

蔣立希,男,生於1964年9月,現任浙江大學農業與生物技術學院教授、博士生導師。1986年畢業於浙江農業大學農學系遺傳育種專業並獲得學士學位,1996-2001年赴德國哥廷根大學留學,先後於1998年、2001年獲得碩士、博士學位。2001-2005年先後在新加坡國立大學農業分子生物研究院(IMA)、分子與細胞生物研究院(IMCB)任博士後、研究員等職。2005年後加盟浙江大學農業與生物技術學院

主要成就

主要從事植物分子生理與作物種質創新方面的研究。先後克隆了控制擬南芥花粉管在雌體生殖通道中伸長的VGD1基因、控制雌配子體發育的KD96基因等,並作為主要貢獻人之一參與了調控花葯絨氈層細胞分化的TPD1基因的克隆等。其中VGD1是國際上第一個在植物中認定的控制花粉管在雌體生殖通道中泳動的主效基因;該基因的克隆第一次揭示了果膠甲酯酶與花粉管伸長、發育之間的關係,從而明確了花粉管在雌體生殖通道中延長的分子機制,有關論文在Plant Cell雜誌上發表並獲專欄突出介紹。在種質創新領域的貢獻包括甘藍型油菜、白菜、甘藍等蕓薹屬作物裂莢基因的克隆與操縱,在蕓薹屬植物中克隆了裂莢控制基因並創造了油菜抗裂莢新種質。其它貢獻包括無花瓣油菜遺傳規律、產量生理與避病機制等的研究;有關係列論文已在國際刊物上發表,種質材料被多家國際育種公司引用。

研究成果

作物種質資源的收集、保存、評價與利用
這項工作始於國家“七五”,完成於國家“八五”時期,筆者作為浙江省子項目實際負責人完成了浙江省500多份油菜、花生、芝麻三種油料作物地方品種資源的收集、評估和繁種入庫工作。1989-1990年,對其中約150份油菜(包括甘藍型、油菜型與芥菜型)地方品種的40多個形態指標、8個品質指標進行了系統鑑定,並在此基礎上套用模糊數學的原理與方法進行聚類分析(蔣立希等,1991,中國油料第一期),對浙江省油菜地方品種的分布與可能的起源進行了闡述。1993-1995年,獲得青年科學研究扶持基金資助,對浙江省甘藍型油菜地方資源進行了菌核病、病毒病(蕪青花葉病毒TuMV、大麥黃花葉病毒CuMV、黃瓜花葉病毒)系統鑑定(蔣立希等,1995,浙江農業科學學報第二期)。在1994年6月北京中國農業出版社出版的《中國油菜品種資源目錄》一書中,筆者是浙江省部分的主要撰寫人。
品種資源評估與保存,特別是特異資源的發掘與利用,是育種目標能否實現的基礎與關鍵。浙江省部分的工作是“我國油料作物品種資源的收集、保存、評價與利用”,以及“全國農作物品種資源的收集、保存、評價與利用”全國性大課題的組成部分,這項基礎工作,豐富了我國國家品種資源庫,分別獲得1994年“農業部科技進步二等獎”與2004年“國家科技進步一等獎”。該項成果的獲獎者是集體,作為地方上主要參加人獲得獎勵證書。
浙優油系列油菜新品種的選育
“浙優油1號”、“浙優油2號”品種在1986-1995年期間由浙江省農科院育成。我是這兩個新品種選育的參加人。育成的“浙優油1號”、“浙優油2號”分別是長江下游地區第一批“低硫甙、高油分”、“低硫甙、低芥酸”品種,曾經是華東地區重要的冬油菜品種,目前仍然在生產上占有一定的比例。該項成果因此獲得1994年“浙江省科技進步三等獎”。
