蒲至恩

蒲至恩(1981-) 女,博士,四川農業大學農學院副教授,碩士生導師,作物遺傳育種系系主任。主講《植物育種學》、《種子貯藏與加工》等理論與實踐課程,

主持國家自然科學基因《人工合成小麥籽粒高硒含量控制基因的QTL定位及遺傳分析》1項,主持四川省教育廳重點項目1項,主研參加973青年科學家專題《芽麥對品質的影響及抗穗發芽小麥材料全基因組選育》,參加“863”項目《分子聚合培育優質多抗南方小麥品種》、國家科技支撐計畫《西南優質高產冬小麥育種技術研究及新品種選育》、國家科技支撐計畫《麥類基因資源發掘與種質創新利用研究》、國家自然科學基金《小麥抗蟲澱粉酶抑制因子cSNP鑑定與功能研究》等國家級科研項目和四川省教育廳和科技廳項目多項。主要從事小麥品種選育及小麥品質遺傳改良工作。目前作為主研參與品種選育3個,取得植物新品種保護權2項,授權國家發明專利2項。在各級學術刊物上以第一作者發表論文8篇,以合作作者發表論文20餘篇。參編教材1部。獲四川省科技進步獎一等獎1項。獲校級教學成果獎3項。

主要研究方向:
1.現在主要從事小麥品質遺傳育種。利用全基因組關聯分析以及經典遺傳學方法對小麥籽粒中營養品質酚類、黃酮類物質、蛋白質含量及組成分進行研究。
2.小麥中微營養素的分子生物學研究。利用轉錄組學、蛋白組學等技術開展小麥微營養素次生代謝相關研究,探索小麥營養品質形成和調控機理。
3.將常規育種技術和生物技術育種相結合,開展富含小麥膳食纖維新品種選育、低植酸含量新品種選育以及彩色小麥選育。
