芭比和十二個跳舞的公主
每一位公主都要學習並且展示適當的禮儀。本片中的12位年幼的小公主希望成為成為十二舞蹈公主，不過她們也得學習舉止得當重要性。年邁的國王倫道夫（Randolph）讓他的表妹公爵夫人路雲娜（duchessRowena）教他的十二位小公主特定的公主禮儀。這位極度嚴厲的公爵夫人禁止小公主們唱歌跳舞以及其它能給她們帶來快樂的事情。更加不幸的還在後面，她們的父王突然生病了。一時間她們覺得未來無比悽慘，直到她們發現了她們的媽媽伊莎貝拉皇后遺留給她們的十二本特別的書。這些書通往一個奇妙無比的世界，在那裡處處充滿舞蹈，她們的跳舞的願望終於可以實現了。然而最終，成長的責任要求十二位小公主們回到真實的世界，勇敢地面對想搶占王位的公爵夫人路雲娜並解救她們的父王和整個王國。本片傳達了家庭道德觀和家庭的力量，FelixMendelssohn為本片作曲，紐約芭蕾舞團設計芭蕾動作，由瑪麗亞·高華斯基跳珍妮花的舞步。

公主們都有自己的性格和特點，她們的爸爸不了解他們，所以就叫他表妹：路雲娜來負責教育她們。路雲娜對公主們很壞，把所有的事情都改變了，公主們因此對她懷恨在心，可越是這樣，路雲娜就對她們越壞，不許她們跳舞，也不許她們唱歌，總之不允許公主們做能給她們帶來快樂的一切事情。珍妮花試與爸爸談過，但爸爸認為路雲娜在對他們負責。直到祖莉莎、嘉麗珊和麗詩的生日那天，公主們發現有一個通道可以通向一個神奇的地方，公主們在那裡盡情的跳舞，並帶回了那裡的魔法。這是，公主們親愛的爸爸被路雲娜的毒藥毒害了，路雲娜妄想成為女王，但公主們用他們的聰明才智救出了爸爸，珍妮花也嫁給了其深愛著的杜雲。
