同時，她還擔任了歐洲智庫布魯格爾高級研究員，西班牙皇家智庫埃爾卡諾研究所研究員和香港科技大學客座教授。另外，艾西亞是由香港金融管理局成立的香港金融研究中心(HKIMR)和亞洲開發銀行(ADB)的顧問，也是香港論壇(Hong Kong Forum)理事會成員。艾西亞的觀點經常被國際媒體引用，並定期收到彭博社(Bloomberg)和CNBC等媒體的採訪邀約。為了能夠與公眾分享經濟和金融領域的觀點，艾西亞在推特、微博和領英等社交媒體上也十分活躍。作為對她的洞察力和影響力的肯定，艾西亞被評為領英2017年經濟與金融領域十大聲音。
