個人經歷

1989年7月畢業於武漢大學生物系細胞生物學專業, 獲學士學位;
1997年在中國科學院水生生物研究所獲博士學位。
1994年至1998年在中國科學院水生生物研究所任助理研究員;
1998年10月至2003年10月在美國西北大學(Northwestern University)做博士後, 任研究助理(Research Associate);
2003年10月至2005年12月在美國西北大學醫學院任研究助理教授(Research Assistant Professor, Faculty member);
2005年12月,在中國科學院水生生物研究所任研究員;
2006年8月至10月在美國匹茲堡大學(University of Pittsburgh) 任研究顧問(Research Consultant)。
2006年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”。

主要研究興趣

1.低氧信號傳導及其分子調控機制。
2. 魚類耐低氧的遺傳基礎。
3. 腫瘤相關基因的功能、遺傳調控與表觀遺傳調控。
