「紫荊花漆」成立於1982年, 是香港上市公司葉氏化工集團有限公司(股票代號:408) 三大核心業務之一, 目前旗下的生產及行政基地包括上海、成都、深圳、惠陽、汕頭、東莞及桐鄉七個地點。「紫荊花漆」具有多個產品系列，包括家裝民用漆（內外牆乳膠漆、水性木器漆及油性木器漆）、工業漆（包括家具漆、塑膠漆、重工業漆等）及工程漆。
「紫荊花漆」多年來以「專心在漆、用心在人」的企業精神,不斷為中國市場研發及生產環保及性能卓越的塗料產品。公司已通過ISO9001、ISO14001、CNAS、UL等認證, 產品皆獲得CCC、FDA認證, 為客戶直接提供國際認可的權威性認證報告。同時, 「紫荊花漆」以先進的生產技術和科學的管理模式, 在中國迅速發展, 並在2005年9月勇奪中國國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局授予中國品牌的最高榮譽 - 「中國名牌」, 成為中國第一批榮獲「中國名牌」的塗料產品。
1991年，「紫荊花漆」與瑞典Klintens AB技術合作，率先引進北歐聚酯家具漆的生產技術，令中國家具業踏上國際舞台。隨著時尚家裝的流行，「紫荊花漆」又率先將聚酯家具漆更新換代，轉化成家裝型PU套裝，並逐步融入歐式塗裝、美式塗裝的工藝，將水性木器漆、特種漆、功能漆等產品引入家裝行業。

“Bauhinia paints ”was established in 1982,which is the one of three core business of Yip’s Chemical Holdings Limited of the public company in Hongong (stock code:408).At present, under which the manufacturer and administration bases include Shanghai、 Chengdu、 Shenzhen、 Huiyang、Shantou、 Dongguan and Tongxiang “Bauhinia paints ” has many series of productions, which include home decoration paints(emulsion paints，water-based wood coatings and solvent-based wood paints), Industry paints(including furniture paints, plastic lacquer, heavy industry paints and so on ) and engineering coatings .
With “Harmonious paints and people” spirit of enterprise ，“Bauhinia paints” develop，research and produce superexcellent performance dope for China market with many years.Company is passed the certificater of ISO9001、ISO14001、CNAS、UL and etc.and the production has obtained the authentication of CCC、FDA，providing the authority authentication report for clients.
