科學成就


以家蠶基因組和基因晶片為基礎,全基因組水平鑑定了家蠶免疫相關基因和相關信號傳導途徑;對家蠶先天免疫系統的關鍵基因家族,如抗菌肽家族、免疫球蛋白家族和Toll受體基因家族等,進行進化分析和功能鑑定;利用家蠶全基因組晶片,對家蠶病原微生物的免疫應答進行全面的表達譜比較分析,鑑定了家蠶針對特異病原微生物免疫應答的關鍵基因及其生物學功能,初步提出了家蠶免疫應答機理的網路調控分子機理。近年來已在國內外高水平期刊發表論文20多篇。
