摘要
從食品廠廢水中分離代一株厭氧, 革蘭氏陰性, 不 運動的無芽孢桿菌. 該菌株能代謝多種炭水化合物, 代謝 100 mol葡萄糖產約 50 mol乙酸, 50 mol乙醇, 350 mol H2和300 mol CO2. DNA 的G+C含量是 30.7 mol%. 與已經 發表的有關種屬的特徵比較表明, 它是擬桿菌屬中的一個 新種, 命名為產乙醇擬桿菌(Bacteroides ethanologenes sp. nov.).
Abstract
287 yeasts isolated from Shennongjia region of Hubei province was studied. 10 genera were found. Some are rare genera in yeastssuch as Endomycopsis, Schizosaccharomyces. Two Nadsonia are new record. A new species, Kluyveromyces sinensis M.X.Li, X.H.Fu & Tang sp. nov.,is described. The morphology, physiology of this isolate differ from any of the recognized species in the genus. Detailed description is given in the report.
