研究方向
小麥分子染色體工程育種和小麥種質資源創新及其分子細胞遺傳學研究。
學術成果
先後主持國家自然科學基金面上項目“野生二粒小麥抗白粉病基因的分子標記及抗性相關基因的克隆（31071409）”、陝西省科技攻關項目“利用分子染色體工程創製小麥抗條鏽病和白粉病新種質（2016NY-031）”以及陝西省農業專項資金項目1項、陝西省自然科學基金項目1項，校級科研項目5項。先後參加國家重點研發計畫項目、863項目、973項目、科技支撐計畫項目、跨越計畫項目、轉化基金項目和陝西省13115項目等。參加選育出小麥新品種7個、創製出小麥抗條鏽病、白粉病新種質20餘個和挖掘出抗條鏽病、白粉病新基因6個。
2002年“麵包小麥新品種-陝麥150的培育” 獲陝西省科技進步二等獎1項（第8完成人），2015年“優質強筋小麥新品種遠豐175和陝麥159的選育和推廣”獲陝西省科學技術一等獎（第2完成人）。
獲國家發明專利2項（排名第3和第4）。
在國內外期刊發表論文110餘篇，其中以第一作者或通訊作者在Theor Appl Genet、Genome和作物學報等刊物上發表論文20餘篇。
