1988年-1992年畢業於西安交通大學製冷設備與低溫技術專業獲學士學位；1992年-1995年畢業於西安交通大學製冷及低溫工程專業獲碩士學位；1995年-1998年畢業於中國科學院力學研究所和中國科學院低溫技術實驗中心 流體力學和低溫工程專業, 獲博士學位；2002年-目前哈爾濱工業大學能源科學與工程學院低溫與超導技術研究所, 教授、博導、美國低溫工程學會會員、全美華人低溫與超導學會會員。
研究方向
大中小型超導磁體及其低溫系統的設計，外層空間低溫與真空環境模擬，天然氣液化技術及套用，小型低溫制冷機的套用研究，低溫下流體流動和傳熱特性的理論及實驗研究等。
