王海千，男，中國科學技術大學教授、博士生導師。1984年獲天津大學化學工程學士學位，1988年、1992年分別獲中國科學技術大學凝聚態物理碩士、博士學位。現任低維物理與化學研究部教授，研究方向涵蓋量子調控、功能納米材料製備與套用、鈣鈦礦型催化劑等領域。
1986-1992年從事合金與氧化物磁電性質研究，1992-1994年專注於聚集體結構研究，1994-1996年在香港理工大學開展薄膜材料研究。主持科技部“863”項目、國家自然科學基金等項目，在《Nature》《J. Am. Chem. Soc.》《Applied Catalysis B: Environmental》等期刊發表學術論文。作為主要完成人參與的“單分子結構與電子態的理論和實驗研究”獲2005年國家自然科學獎二等獎。其研究成果涉及固體氧化物燃料電池材料最佳化、鐵電薄膜製備及氧化鋅摻雜技術等領域。
