王智，博士，北京交通大學教授， 博士生導師。

人物經歷

1989－1993年 於北京師範大學物理系攻讀學士學位。

1993－1996年 於北方交通大學光波技術研究所攻讀碩士學位。

1996－2000年 於北方交通大學光波技術研究所攻讀博士學位。

2000－2005年 於北京交通大學電子信息工程學院任講師、副教授。

2004－2005年 於香港理工大學電機工程學系作訪問學者。

2006－今於北京交通大學理學院光信息科學與技術研究所任副教授、教授、博士生導師。

中國光學學會高級會員,美國光學學會（OSA）會員,SPIE會員。

研究方向

光纖通信、光纖感測、全光信號處理及全光網、特種光纖。

主要貢獻

國家“863”項目：稀土摻雜光纖、新型特種光纖、LPHVD光纖生產新方法的研究（國家計委、863、鐵道部）。

國家自然基金項目：Bragg光纖的理論研究及其中的光傳輸、無線多媒體網路中基於新業務流模型和模糊進化神經網路/螞蟻算法的資源管理技術研究。

北京交通大學科技基金項目：光子晶體的研究、新型光纖瓦斯感測系統的研究、Bragg光纖的理論及大功率紅外光傳輸的研究。

專利：

基於雙模光子晶體光纖的橫向應力感測系統及實現方法。

套用寫有光柵的光子晶體光纖實現的橫向應力（應變）感測系統和方法。
