廣東藥科大學教師，博士，藥學教授，碩士生導師，國家二級心理諮詢師。1998年獲得山東大學生物化學與分子生物學學士學位，2005年獲得山東大學細胞生物學博士學位，並先後在中山大學、新加坡國立大學從事博士後等科學研究工作。主持、參與國家和省部級基金項目10餘項，發表國內外學術論文30餘篇，獲授權國家專利3項。
