研究情況

王亞軍教授博士期間(1999-2003)致力於動物卵泡發育機制解析,以斑馬魚為模型,探究EGF、Activin等對卵泡發育的調節。完成博士學位攻讀後,王亞軍教授入職香港大學生物科學院,以家雞為模型,致力於基因功能鑑定,探究動物生長、繁殖與代謝調控機理。
2009年,王亞軍教授全職回到四川大學,在“四川大學引進人才基金”支持下,組建動物功能基因組學研究平台,主以家雞(或斑馬魚)等為模型,探究:1) 受體功能與信號傳導;2) 下丘腦神經元對垂體功能的調節;3) 垂體激素對動物生長,繁殖與代謝的影響;4) 腸道微生物對動物免疫與代謝等過程的調節;5) 動物基因編輯與轉基因技術。
