熊珂(青島大學教授)

熊珂，青島大學教授、博士生導師，營養與健康研究院黨支部書記、院長助理，美國德拉瓦大學博士、浙江大學學士，中國營養學會國際交流工作委員會委員、青年工作委員會委員，山東省環境與營養健康專委會副主委。2021年入選中國科學技術協會第六屆青年人才托舉工程。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年項目、山東省自然科學基金青年項目等項目10項，科研經費223萬。發表SCI論文32篇，其中以第一或通訊作者發表20篇，2篇影響因子大於10，7篇中科院1區論文，總引770次。指導學生獲批國家級大學生創新創業項目1項。
