做法
1. 貝果切開一半Cut the bagel into half horizontally. |
2. 不用下油,開火,把貝果放在平底鍋上煎至微微的金黃色Without oil, fry the bagel in the pan until slightly golden. |
3. 在貝果上塗上軟起司, 放上煙燻三文魚即可Spread the soft cheese on the bagel. Put some smoked salmon on top. |
