研究興趣

Design and synthesis offunctionalized organic dyes, and study their applications in biological and material science.
(1)新型功能有機染料:以薑黃素,螢光素,羅丹明,花菁染料以及BODIPY衍生物為代表的功能有機染料的構建修飾一直備受關注。我們課題組自2007年以來在以BODIPY為代表的吡咯類新型功能有機染料領域開展了一些工作,主要致力於開發具有良好光物理化學性能的染料分子及骨架,包括但不限定於具有良好光穩定性,良好的光譜選擇性,吸收和發射波長在可見紅區及近紅外區間,具有良好的光物理性質(對螢光染料而言,高螢光量子產率;對於光敏試劑而言,高單線態氧效率)等等。a.發展了一些構建(aza)BODIPY和三吡咯靈菌紅素類似物的高效方法,設計合成了一系列的長波近紅外的功能染料分子;b.對於天然色素分子的衍生改性,設計合成了一類氟硼配位薑黃素衍生物和一系列氟硼配位的靈菌紅素衍生及類似物(氟硼配位的三吡咯和四吡咯衍生物);c.卟啉及卟啉烯衍生物的高效構建及修飾衍生;d.新型探針分子,致力於開發高選擇性和靈敏性的反應型探針分子。
(2)新型光敏染料的設計開發:光敏染料作為一類重要的有機功能染料,具有摩爾吸收係數高,光譜範圍廣等特性,在材料科學和生物醫學等領域得到廣泛關注。其中在可見及近紅外區域有較強吸收/發射的光敏染料在生物分析和臨床醫學等領域具有重要的理論和實踐意義。2007年以來我們課題組在多吡咯類光敏染料的設計合成方面取得了一些進展,主要開展了:a.氟硼二吡咯(BODIPY)類光敏染料的合成新方法研究,實現了BODIPY母體骨架的區域選擇性醛化和鹵化,為實現BODIPY類光敏染料的高效區域選擇性功能化提供了便利,一些鹵化產物具有較高單線態氧效率;b.新型高度共軛BODIPY螢光染料的合成及性能研究; c.具有良好生物活性多吡咯衍生物的設計合成。
