溫度敏感突變

溫度敏感條件致死突變株（temperature-sensitive conditional lethal mutant），簡稱溫度敏感突變株（ts株）。

在特定溫度下孵育則能增殖，在非特定溫度下孵育則不能增殖，而野生型在兩種溫度均能增殖。
